Your work ensures that every group session, visit, and event flows with purpose and compassion, allowing our social workers and counselors to stay deeply connected to the families we serve.Our approach is relational and restorative , seeing families within their wider systems and valuing voice, choice, and accountability as pathways to growth.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the delivery of group work sessions, family programmes, and community events. Liaise with caregivers, families, and partners to ensure clear communication and follow-up. Manage administrative and logistical tasks , including scheduling, data entry, and reporting. Assist with programme planning and event preparation , ensuring resources are ready for the team. Support the team in maintaining case records, statistics, and evaluation processes . Participate in team meetings, supervision, and reflective learning to strengthen service quality. Be flexible to work occasional weekends and after office hours to support families and agency events. You'll Thrive If You... Hold a Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field. Are organised, dependable, and detail-oriented , with good communication and coordination skills. Appreciate how systemic teamwork and trauma-aware practice build consistency and trust for families.
