Job Title: Urgent Back Of House Admin

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock movements, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all stock movements in and out of the store/warehouse (deliveries, returns, transfers, display changes, etc.)
  • Monitoring inventory levels and reporting on out-of-stock or overstocked items
  • Handling regular stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Performing stock movements and discrepancy checks using Cegid system
  • Supporting price tag updates and ensuring pricing accuracy
  • Preparing stock reports for management review

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Office and data entry.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team environment.
