Description Local Interior Design company Location: Central East 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm Salary: up to $3,000 Role and Responsibilities Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents . Support in evaluating contractor quotations and procurement activities. Help monitor project costs, budgets, and progress claims . Measure and verify quantities of materials and work done on-site. Assist in preparing interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts . Maintain proper documentation and cost records . Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field. Candidate without working experience is welcomed to apply. Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and costing preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of AutoCAD or cost estimation software is an advantage. Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team . Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a project environment.
