GP Clinic Operations Manager

As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our outpatient GP clinic.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in an outpatient setting, preferably with supervisory or management experience. Advanced knowledge of government and insurance schemes is also required.
You will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency, maintaining accurate patient records, and managing inventory and supplies.
Furthermore, you will handle patient complaints, oversee finance and administration matters, and perform frontline services during peak hours if needed.
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work flexibly with changing priorities, and deliver high-quality customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of day-to-day operations including team supervision, roster management, resource planning, and downtime process
- Implementation of policies and procedures to improve clinic operations
- Maintenance of accurate patient records and confidentiality
- Inventory management and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
- Maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities
- Patient complaint handling and resolution
- Finance and administration management including petty cash, billings, and cash updates
- Frontline services, clinical support, and operational duties as needed
Requirements:
- NITEC/Higher NITEC/GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification
- At least 3 years' experience in an outpatient GP clinic setting
- Advanced knowledge of government and insurance schemes and subsidies
- Knowledge of MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinics, insurance providers programs, and processes
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivation skills
- Able to work flexibly with changing priorities and deliver high-quality customer-focused service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with clinic management applications
