Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, including document review, ledger entries, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with regulatory standards.
Coordinate and support external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with Singapore's financial and tax regulations, including GST and other statutory filings.
Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks to enhance operational integrity.
Lead corporate financing initiatives from structuring to execution, including documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Conduct financial modeling and risk analysis to support strategic funding decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Support budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis to guide business decisions.
Assist in pre-IPO financial readiness, including collaboration with external advisors and regulatory bodies.
Profile / Qualifications
Proven experience in finance roles
Independent and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
Strong relationship-building skills with financial institutions
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to strategic growth in a dynamic setting
