What the role is: As a Senior Manager/ Manager/ Senior Performance Management Executive in the Human Resource (HR) Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for executing the HR rewards and recognition framework as well as performance management functions. What you will be working on: Implement HR management policies and put in place structures to support MOE's performance management, reward and recognition framework Work with HR Partners to support schools/divisions in areas pertaining to staff appraisals and career progression Oversee the administration of National Day Awards for MOE staff which includes working with various stakeholders to conduct National Day Awards Nomination Exercise for staff Support the development and implementation of the Ministry's ranking and promotion system and other related HR systems What we are looking for: Good organisational, collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills Meticulousness and adaptability Good analytical and problem‐solving skills and ability to work with data Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively Proficiency in using MS Excel would be an advantage As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
