About the Role:
The Office Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency and organization. This includes managing office supplies, stationery, and filing cabinets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are in good order.
- Support with accounts-related functions, including updating receipt vouchers and preparing reimbursement claims.
- Coordinate staff work permit renewals and medical check-ups, and maintain foreign staff files.
- Organize projects and coordinate with contractors as needed.
- Source suppliers from China and expedite delivery schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Process purchase orders and perform data entry tasks.
- Support the Project Manager with paperwork and documentation.
- Effective communication with Chinese suppliers.
- Positive attitude towards work and team-oriented.
- Will to learn and adapt.
- Awareness of details, responsibility, and accuracy.
- Administrative or operational support experience preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Tidy and organized workspace.
