As a member of the Head Office HR team, your work in EM Services will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build a best-in-class HR function for the country's leading town management organisation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple public and private stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This role will be responsible for designing and developing solutions that drive alignment towards EM Services' mission and core values, ensure our culture is embedded and integrated into the employee lifecycle, design company-wide organisation development interventions that enable the practice of our culture. This role will collaborate with several stakeholders, such as Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Rewards, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The role would suit someone with broad expertise across HR processes, who can think innovatively to define creative ways to embed culture across the employee lifecycle; distil these ideas into tangible outputs that drive real value and lasting impact to our employees and leaders. The individual should be comfortable leading through ambiguity, and able to navigate the organisation through its transformation journey. Key Responsibilities Conduct Organisational Assessments: Analyse business operations, processes, and structures through diagnostics, surveys, interviews, and data analytics to identify gaps in efficiency, culture, and employee development needs. Design and Implement Development Programs: Develop tailored interventions such as leadership training, team-building workshops, succession planning, and performance management systems to foster workforce capabilities and alignment with strategic objectives. Team and Cultural Interventions: Assess and identify cultural challenges within business teams, and proactively design, deliver, and evaluate practical solutions to enable employees, leaders and teams to practice our culture in delivering business outcomes. Facilitate Change Management: Lead organisational change initiatives, including cultural shifts, process redesigns, and engagement strategies, while mitigating resistance and measuring impact through KPIs like employee retention and productivity metrics. Support Talent and Leadership Development: Collaborate with the Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to create high-potential programs, mentoring frameworks, and learning & development (L&D) roadmaps. Evaluate and Report Outcomes: Use data analysis tools to assess program effectiveness, generate reports for senior management, and recommend resource allocations for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and to integrate OD practices into broader HR strategies, including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts relevant to Singapore's multicultural workforce. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field and/ or certifications like SHRM-CP, CIPD, or Prosci Change Management. Experience 3–5 years in OD, L&D, or HR consulting, with proven track record in OD and Change Management projects. Experience in Singapore-based firms or multinationals is advantageous. Skills and Mindsets Proficiency in HR analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), survey platforms and project management tools/ software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders as well as employees on the ground. Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working in dynamic environments. Excel at developing clear, impactful presentations that interpret stakeholders' needs, communicate insights and support strategic recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
