Partner closely with local and regional teams to optimize vendor health, efficiency, and overall satisfaction. Collaborate with local markets to understand regional vendor needs and tailor performance strategies that drive business impact. Work with front-end and back-end product teams to ensure a balance between ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency. Analyze key performance metrics to identify underperforming vendors, develop rehabilitation plans, and implement structured solutions. Optimize vendor onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies, ensuring seamless experiences across multiple markets. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in vendor operations, vendor onboarding, performance management, or program management, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology. Proven expertise in vendor performance management, including scaling operations, driving efficiency, and improving marketplace dynamics. Strong product collaboration experience, ensuring high adoption of vendor-facing tools and process optimizations. Highly analytical mindset Ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
