Job Description

This role is a gateway for graduate engineers to be exposed to world-class network operations and deployment careers.

The Operations/Project Coordinator will facilitate and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to carry out day-to-day operations.

Tasks may vary in number, size, and complexity. The coordinator will plan and coordinate aspects of internal projects from initiation to delivery.

Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, and the like.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly operational updates including action items.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with team members and clients.
  • Assist with maintaining and monitoring ad-hoc project plans/schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
  • Identify and escalate operational/project issues to the team lead as needed.
  • Attend and participate in client meetings as required.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Collaborate with regional teams for ticket resolution.
  • Work closely with facility providers and smart hands to drive issue resolution.
  • Ensure RMA shipments to and from facilities are processed efficiently.
  • Monitor the ticketing system daily and resolve tickets under defined SLAs.
  • Promote effective communication, continuous improvement, and innovation through teamwork and business process reviews.
  • Escalate recurring problems to the team lead for resolution.
  • Collaborate on new process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with new processes and procedures.
  • Work with SDMs/Project Managers to understand analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • Participate in the on-call roster and prepare/participate in daily handovers.
  • Perform other duties as required.
