Education Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Education Consultant to join our team. As an Education Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our postgraduate, diploma, and short courses to prospective students.

  • Promote and sell our educational programs to prospective students through various channels.
  • Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide course consultations, explaining program features, fees, and entry requirements to potential students.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful enrollments, meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in education or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English fluently.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms is a plus.
