Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services. Beyond college counseling, we offer transformative developmental programs such as AddedNova — our in-house research cell that fosters intellectual curiosity and original thinking, Public Speaking — helping students master the art of confident communication, and the Book Club — designed to build critical reading and analytical skills. Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well-rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage. AddedEducation is looking for a Content Manager who can define and execute the content strategy across AddedEducation's diverse portfolio — including AddedNova, Public Speaking, Book Club, Psychometric Assessments, Tutoring, and other counselling and non-counselling services. This is a strategic role — not just executional. You will envision and implement content strategies that are data-driven, audience-focused, and geo-specific, ensuring that each piece of content resonates with students, parents, and partners across key markets: Dubai, UK, US, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia. Responsibilities: Strategic Content & Storytelling Own and shape the content strategy for all counselling and non-counselling services, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and engagement across products and markets. Build product- and geography-specific storytelling frameworks that consider cultural context, audience behavior, and platform nuances. Develop and implement campaign ideas around launches, student success stories, mentor highlights, and key brand moments. Maintain and evolve a brand voice that is aspirational, approachable, and globally relevant. Content Planning & Execution Create and manage content calendars across social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and website pages. Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content — from long-form thought leadership pieces to short-form videos, social posts, and emails. Interview mentors, coaches, and students to generate authentic stories and testimonials. Collaborate with design, performance, and marketing teams to produce creative assets that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Apply SEO best practices and track performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize content impact. Content Planning & Execution Leverage audience insights and analytics to determine what content works in which geography and adjust strategies accordingly. Analyze performance across multiple markets and platforms to optimize campaigns and improve engagement. Continuously experiment with formats, messaging, and channels to stay ahead in global education marketing. Apply For This Position Content Planning & Execution Bring strategic vision to content planning, with the ability to see the big picture and translate it into actionable campaigns. Mentor and collaborate with junior content creators and cross-functional teams to execute high-quality content consistently. Drive alignment with business goals, product launches, and marketing initiatives across multiple regions and teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, or brand communications, ideally with exposure to education, youth brands, lifestyle, or multi-product B2C services. Proven ability to define and execute content strategy across multiple products and geographies. Strong editorial and storytelling skills — able to translate product features into stories that inspire action. Experience with CMS, creative tools, SEO, analytics platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics). Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of geo-specific content and audience segmentation. Visionary yet hands-on — capable of leading strategy while executing campaigns end-to-end. Collaborative approach, working with marketing, design, counselors, and leadership teams across time zones.
