Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a DevSecOps Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our integrated application lifecycle management (iALM) system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents raised by users in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain DevSecOps workflows based on ALM workflows.
  • Configure and manage user accounts and profiles.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and connectivity of iALM with other systems.
  • Provide training and support to users on updated iALM workflows and features.
  • Support the migration of applications from iALM to recommended tools.
  • Recommend optimal processes and workflows to achieve better system performance.
  • Review and update user guides on new application features and their usage.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Technical skills in scripting for iALM applications, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and other DevSecOps tools.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)/QA processes.
  • At least 2 years' experience in maintaining DevSecOps systems/ALM applications.
  • Experience working in user-centric environments with a focus on quality delivery.
