Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on TikTok and Meta platforms.
  • Develop media strategies and allocate budgets effectively to achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align media plans with compelling ad creatives.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance for internal and client teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in TikTok Ads and/or Meta Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
