Job Title: Guest Service Executive

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Executive. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, responding to their needs and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Be familiar with all room types and rates available at the hotel, and take opportunities to upsell and promote our facilities and services.
  • Take ownership of problems and guest complaints, resolving them promptly and efficiently according to established procedures.
  • Ensure guest room security and safety, adhering to emergency and fire procedures, and promoting the use of secure storage facilities.
  • Provide accurate information to guests about hotel facilities, functions, and local attractions, maintaining a high level of knowledge and awareness of what's happening in the area.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • The ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A positive attitude and outgoing personality, with excellent public relations skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and knowledge of operational systems, such as Opera, would be advantageous.
