Data Insights Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to support the development and automation of data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing dashboards to monitor trends and performance.

Your primary goal will be to develop new data visualizations and improve existing ones to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, with prior experience in data management tools, programming languages, and business intelligence software being highly beneficial.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Workato is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead backend data management processes to guarantee data integrity and up-to-date information.
  • Create innovative data visualizations and refine existing dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate on administrative tasks, such as certification applications and organizational recognition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or equivalent discipline.
  • Excellent data analytics and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Prior experience in data management systems, programming languages, and business intelligence software.
