Preschool Education Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced early childhood educator who can mentor teachers to enhance their teaching practice, including the nurturing of trusting and respectful relationships with children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of children, utilising in-depth subject knowledge and pedagogical expertise.
  • Oversee the creation of secure and quality learning environments for children.
  • Establish partnerships with families and communities to support the development of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) with 5 GCE 'O' Levels with English at Grade B4 or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years teaching experience in a child care environment.
  • Ability to adapt to inquiry-based learning approaches.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with sound working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for children's learning and development.
