Child Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to play a vital role in supporting children with unique needs. This position involves creating opportunities for development and learning by promoting understanding of individual requirements and providing effective strategies for caregivers and educators.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to understand their challenges, strengths, and developmental needs, and develop personalized plans based on their specific needs.
- Provide tailored support in the classroom through management strategies and learning techniques.
- Offer behavior analysis and documentation services to optimize intervention goals and outcomes.
- Monitor and guide staff and parents to implement customized social, emotional, learning, and intervention strategies.
- Provide consultations to parents/caregivers as needed.
- A Master's degree in Educational, Clinical, or Applied Psychology (relevant sub-specialty).
- Relevant clinical experience working with children and adolescents is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of learning, emotion, and social development skills, child development, and classroom management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.
- Eligibility for full membership with the relevant professional body or registration with the required governing authority.
