About The Team The Traffic team leads Shopee’s efforts in building and scaling high-impact collaborations with key external platforms. From opportunity scoping to go-to-market planning and performance tracking, the team works cross-functionally to integrate external platforms, drive seamless user experiences, and expand traffic sources across Shopee’s markets in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil. Data and insights are at the core of our strategy — we closely track traffic metrics, analyse performance, monitor competitive trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to support informed business planning and decision-making. About The Team The Traffic team leads Shopee’s efforts in building and scaling high-impact collaborations with key external platforms. From opportunity scoping to go-to-market planning and performance tracking, the team works cross-functionally to integrate external platforms, drive seamless user experiences, and expand traffic sources across Shopee’s markets in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil. Data and insights are at the core of our strategy — we closely track traffic metrics, analyse performance, monitor competitive trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to support informed business planning and decision-making.
