Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels.

The role involves managing inventory levels, handling purchasing activities, and ensuring smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams. Key responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock, monitoring inventory levels, and updating records. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, price comparisons, and purchase order processing, as well as coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

The ideal candidate will have a GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (or equivalent), with 2-3 years' experience in a logistics environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential for success in this role.
