Manage classroom dynamics effectively, prioritizing safety, discipline, and positive reinforcement. Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Dance Education or related field. Recognized teaching qualification in at least one offered style (e.g., RAD, CSTD, ISTD). Minimum 2 years of proven experience teaching dance to children aged 3 and above. Documented professional dance experience (performance and/or choreography) highly desirable. Demonstrated success in preparing students for competitions and examinations. Skills & Knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering open and effective dialogue with students, parents, and colleagues. Dynamic and engaging teaching style, capable of captivating and motivating young learners. Exceptional organizational and planning skills, ensuring curriculum development, lesson preparation, and performance organization run smoothly. Unwavering passion for dance education, coupled with a commitment to fostering individual growth and artistic expression.
