Position Available We are seeking passionate, Chinese-speaking sales assistants to support our daily operations. Position Types Full-time - experience in TCM retail required Job Responsibilities Sales Checkout Process : Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and manage cash and credit card payments. Inventory Management : Monitor and manage herbs stock levels to report any discrepancies or shortages to the store manager. Includes receiving and managing incoming stocks. Merchandising : Organize and replenish products on shelves, ensuring the store looks neat and tidy. Sales : Provide customized wellness recommendations to aid customers in making purchase decisions by familiarising with our products and properties. Security : Ensure that all sales are properly recorded and that the store’s security procedures are followed to prevent theft and fraud.
