About this role

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Transport Domain team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, with a strong background in tolling, fleet management, or the transportation industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements from stakeholders. They will also provide consultancy to align business needs with industry best practices, model current processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimizations.

Additionally, they will define and enhance functionalities for both new and existing solutions, act as the primary liaison between development teams and customer representatives, present tailored solutions to existing and potential clients, collaborate on test plan design and execution, provide support during system deployment phases, assist in the development and testing of innovative prototypes, prepare detailed technical documentation, specifications, and marketing materials, contribute to proposal development and procurement documentation, represent the company at domestic and international conferences and industry events, provide expert advice in areas such as billing, invoicing, payments, logistics, and customer relations, and ensure solutions comply with relevant legislation and industry regulations.

The role requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, good presentation skills, proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), and willingness to travel across ASEAN countries as needed.

Requirements

  • 1- 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, ideally within tolling, fleet management, or the transportation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
  • Strong experience in business process modelling.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level); Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, quotations, and proposal preparation.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business priorities.
  • Willingness to travel across ASEAN countries as needed.
