About the Role
Join a dynamic and growing freight forwarding team where you'll be at the heart of delivering excellent customer experiences. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth freight operations, accurate documentation, and strong customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Customer Experience Management – Be the primary contact for customers, provide timely updates, and resolve shipment-related matters.
  • Freight Operations Coordination – Oversee end-to-end freight processes including booking, documentation, and delivery arrangements.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations and company standards.
  • Problem Solving & Improvement – Identify gaps, resolve process issues, and recommend solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Commercial Support – Support the sales team with quotations, freight rate inquiries, and customer follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with freight documentation, customs regulations, and industry practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with freight management systems is a plus.
