Operations and Business Development Intern
We are seeking a motivated Operations and Business Development Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will be responsible for handling tuition requests, managing client relations, and assisting with business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Tuition Requests: You will be responsible for receiving and processing tuition requests from clients via various channels.
- Client Relations: You will work closely with clients to address their queries, concerns, and provide after-sales service.
- Business Operations: You will assist with the management of business operations, including scheduling interviews, managing contracts, and invoices.
- Internal Processes: You will work with customised back-end software to maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations.
