Job Opportunity: IT Leadership

Job Description

The Head of Information Technology will oversee the strategic direction, development, and maintenance of our organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide IT strategy to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and safeguard data integrity.
  • Lead the planning, deployment, and management of IT systems, applications, and services across the organization.
  • Drive innovation in technology adoption, leveraging cutting-edge solutions to improve investment platforms, trading systems, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Nurture relationships with external vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal value delivery.
  • Establish and maintain a robust cybersecurity framework, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee proactive threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability assessment strategies to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity strategy, governance, and incident response.
