Our organization is seeking a dedicated educator to join our team as an enrichment teacher.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive lesson materials, ensuring students receive high-quality instruction.
  • Assess student progress through worksheets and provide constructive feedback, facilitating growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and track students' progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Inspire students to take ownership of their learning journey, promoting self-motivation and academic excellence.
  • Effectively integrate technology into lessons to enhance student engagement, staying up-to-date with the latest educational tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Be passionate about teaching and have a great learning attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to education.
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience, preferably in tuition centres, enrichment centres, or MOE schools, showcasing expertise and knowledge in teaching methods.
  • Be willing to go above and beyond to support students' learning needs, exemplifying a commitment to student success.
  • Able to teach Primary English effectively, utilizing language skills to facilitate learning.
  • Experience with the MOE syllabus is highly preferred, highlighting familiarity with curriculum requirements and standards.
  • Only applicants residing in Singapore will be considered, emphasizing the need for local residency and relevance to the role.
  • Must be able to work on weekends, accommodating flexible scheduling and meeting business needs.
  • A minimum commitment of 1 year, working 2 hours per week, is required, outlining the duration and scope of the position.
