Summary
Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of assigned projects to ensure compliance with engineering standards/practices, and completion within budget, schedule, and client expectations. May work on multiple projects at various stages, from feasibility through installation and final commissioning, in local and regional markets.

Duties

Plan, schedule, implement, coordinate, and manage project activities, including liaising with external consultants, suppliers, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely responses and contractual compliance, considering quality and cost. Effectively plan manpower, structures, and processes to ensure resource efficiency and meet project deadlines. Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project disciplines and participants regarding technical and commercial issues; facilitate information exchange within the company and with clients. Attend weekly site meetings to monitor progress and address issues. Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation to the Project Manager. Chair weekly/monthly meetings in the absence of the Project Manager. Participate in client and contractor meetings to resolve project issues. Process variation orders and progress claims, and follow up with clients until final
