Job Title:

Community Liaison Specialist Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders and our team.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Responding to inquiries and public feedback related to project site activities and surrounding environments in a timely and professional manner.

2. Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents through regular communication and collaboration.

3. Conducting on-site visits to residents' units for various purposes such as condition surveys, handing over completed internal work, and arranging necessary appointments.

4. Coordinating water ponding tests where applicable.

5. Reminding residents prior to commencement of internal work and following up on outstanding tasks.

6. Collaborating with supervisors, sub-contractors, residents and other relevant parties for necessary appointments and follow-ups.

7. Staying updated on the latest HIP Information Centre System (HICS) and ensuring proficiency in its use.

8. Updating HICS records within one month from completion of toilet upgrading works and EASE 2.0 for each block.

9. Assisting with administrative paperwork and data processing.

10. Disseminating information and handling resident complaints/feedback effectively.

11. Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Community Liaison Specialist or management.
