You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry standards and driving operational excellence, supporting both production and customer delivery schedules.### Furthermore, your key responsibilities include:* Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.* Ensuring compliance with ESD protection standards, material traceability, and ISO9001, ISO14001, and EHS requirements.* Planning, organizing, and managing inbound, outbound, and storage activities effectively.* Optimizing internal logistics processes from receiving to production staging and finished goods dispatch, including order picking, labeling, and storage.* Leading root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implementing preventive actions.* Driving warehouse space optimization, layout improvement, and material flow efficiency.* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and optimize headcount costs.* Managing and coordinating with external warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and process efficiency.* Promoting a strong culture of safety, 5S, and continuous improvement.* Supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives, such as barcode scanning.- #### **Requirements**1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7–8 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role within the semiconductor industry. 3. Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, with proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. 4. Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills. 5. Experience in warehouse layout optimization and process improvement. 6. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. 7.
