We are committed to high standards of hygiene, safety, and service excellence. We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support a full spectrum of HR functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. Manage and update employee records, HRIS, and personal files. Administer leave, attendance, and employee benefits. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Assist in training & development initiatives and compliance with WSQ/NEA requirements. Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF submissions, IRAS filing, and employment laws. Prepare HR reports and support in HR projects and employee engagement activities. Expected Skills Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in service/operations industry. Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Experience with payroll software is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
