Job Overview
As an Investor Relations & Public Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with investors, media, and industry stakeholders. You will be responsible for crafting compelling stories, engaging with mainstream media and social media, and ensuring that The Grow Hub’s message is effectively communicated. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with at least 2 years of experience in PR, investor relations, or related fields. A strong industry network is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations:
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute investor communication strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media.
Assist in preparing investor presentations, reports, and key financial announcements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiments to provide strategic insights.
Support investor meetings, earnings calls, and stakeholder engagements.
Public Relations:
Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance The Grow Hub’s visibility and credibility.
Engage with mainstream media, journalists, and influencers to generate positive coverage.
Draft press releases, speeches, and media materials.
Manage social media communication, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Handle crisis communication and reputation management.
Identify media opportunities, industry events, and partnerships to strengthen The Grow Hub’s brand.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, investor relations, or a related field.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Experience managing both mainstream and digital media channels.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and investor sentiments.
A well-established network in media and industry circles (preferred).
Ability to work directly with senior management and execute high-impact strategies.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
