We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to help drive our B2B product strategy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building SaaS products that businesses love. You will focus on understanding the unique needs of business customers, translating their problems into actionable product requirements, and working closely with our product development teams to deliver high-value B2B features. You will shape the B2B user experience from initial adoption to organization-wide integration. About the team As Goodnotes strategically expands from its B2C roots into B2B markets, the team’s work forms the foundation for our future success in the business space. You will join a team distributed across Europe and Asia, offering a dynamic and global work environment. Responsibilities Talk directly with business customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and procurement processes. Translate customer needs and business problems into clear product specifications, user stories, and feature requirements. Collaborate with engineering and design to build B2B features such as Single Sign-On (SSO/SAML), admin controls, permissions, and third-party integrations via APIs and webhooks. Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for growth, applying Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to support the go-to-market strategy for B2B features. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to ensure the product meets and exceeds US SaaS market standards. Skills and qualifications 4+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company with a significant presence in the US market. Understanding of business software requirements, including security, compliance, and integration patterns. Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, SSO, and SAML to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers. Strong customer empathy with commercial awareness of how businesses evaluate, purchase, and adopt software. Experience using data to make product decisions; familiarity with PLG metrics and funnels. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams. Based in an Asia timezone to ensure sufficient working overlap with regional teams. Experience in the productivity or collaboration software space. Interview process Introductory call with our talent acquisition team to discuss background, goals, and interest in Goodnotes.
