Be the first line of support for customers looking for SAP policy based maintenance adjustments. Minimize maintenance at risk (MAR) within the assigned Market Unit. Commercial Management of SAP Programs. Drive Customer Value realization (customer value journey). Ability to comfortably present to both internal and external customers. Support deal execution in the regions as needed, including education of customers’ procurement and legal groups, regarding a Maintenance Contract. Subject Matter Expert for all SAP Extension Policies (Cloud/On‐Prem/Cloud to Cloud). Interact with GM, VPs, AEs, CPs, and customers to position the value of SAP’s Maintenance Solutions supported by value propositions. Educate and enable field sales on Renewals and Commercial Management tools, strategies, and opportunities (AE/SE, etc.). Engage partner support and raise awareness of SAP Maintenance offering. Provide reporting as required to management, and keep CRM accurate and current. Experience & Language Requirements Experience in a business operations role with the ability to influence different stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills. Cloud subscription contract management experience would be a plus. Services Sales Oriented: ability to diagnose, analyze, and succinctly discuss customer problems, develop urgency to solve those problems, and commit customers to a realistic plan of action that will produce mutually beneficial results. Competitive Selling: extensive experience that allows for a state of preparedness and competitive awareness to maximize competitive advantage in selling through the anticipation of competitive strategies and tactics. Ability to work through multiple SAP commercial software systems. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and any other reporting tools. Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process oriented. Communicate clearly both orally and in written form and proven ability to build strong relationships. Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent comparable experience. Professional Training & Certification None required.
