Job Title: Financial Operations Manager \

The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, drive system integration initiatives, and ensure timely disbursement of project payments in accordance with contractual terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Monitor and manage project cashflows to ensure project liquidity and alignment with budgeted financial targets. \
  • Lead in the integration of procurement systems, accounting systems, and banking platforms to improve operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls. \
  • Manage general ledgers for timely monthly financial closing and management reporting. \
  • Perform balance sheet reviews and implement follow-up actions. \
  • Support internal and external audit activities. \
  • Maintain accounting records to meet statutory requirements in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards. \
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other departments to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions. \
  • Prepare quarterly GST reporting and facilitate tax computation and filing processes. \
  • Ensure internal controls are adhered to for governance purposes. \
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and participate in budgeting, cashflow monitoring, and forecasting activities. \\

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or any tertiary qualifications in Accountancy or equivalent. \
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a demanding work environment. \
  • Strong knowledge of Finance Reporting Standards, preparation of financial statements, corporate tax, and GST. \
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. \),
