Job Title: Engineering Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Design Specialist to oversee mechanical engineering works in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage and plan mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Design Review: Examine technical drawings, specifications, and guarantee adherence to industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Site Monitoring: Monitor project schedules, resources, and resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Enforce strict safety and quality protocols, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work independently and start immediately.
