Job Title: Engineering Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs, sketches, and reports that meet the requirements of our projects.

You will work closely with our drafting staff to produce detailed drawings, develop quantities, materials lists, and cost estimates. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers, clients, consultants, or commissioning engineers on design, installation, or construction and commissioning of assigned work.

Your responsibilities will include preparing technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and C&S shop drawings, resolving construction issues on drawings, and liaising with relevant departments and authorities to ensure consistency with contractual technical specifications and statutory rules and regulations.

You will also prepare all necessary documents for approvals and permits for C&S works, manage and follow up on NCRs related to C&S activities, review as-built drawings, report on work progress during meetings, and attend site inspections as required.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Degree in Engineering (Civil), at least 3 years of design experience, and good knowledge of various engineering design software, including Autocad and BIM.

Candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.
