Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in mall renovation and fit-out works.

The successful candidate will lead the full cycle from kickoff to handover, ensuring compliance with mall regulations, brand requirements, and project timelines.

  • They will act as the main point of contact for client representatives, mall management, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Leading site surveys, permit applications, and method statement preparation is another key responsibility.
  • Developing and managing detailed project schedules with mall-restricted work hour considerations is essential to the role.
  • Coordinating with design, QS, procurement, and subcontractors for smooth execution is critical.
  • Supervising site progress, safety, and quality control is necessary for the success of the project.

Requirements

A Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent is required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, especially in mall or retail projects.

  • Strong knowledge of local mall regulations, submission protocols, and permit systems is necessary.
  • Excellent coordination and leadership skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD (basic) is required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with Mandarin/Malay being an added advantage for dealing with regional vendors.
  • Travel across Singapore/SEA may be required for site supervision.
