With a team of highly specialized food lawyers and scientists, FCI focuses on complex regulatory matters affecting food and beverages across multiple jurisdictions around the globe (composition, labelling, advertising claims, market access, regulatory applications, etc.). Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Legal Marketing/Client Relationship Manager. The Legal Marketing Manager will perform services related to the promotion of the FCI's regulatory services, liaise with clients with the upmost professional communication style and prospects and uphold the Firm's brand image. Services include, inter alia, (i) preparing and organizing quotes for prospective clients and manage the onboarding process; (ii) coordinating digital marketing campaigns including Mailchimp, LinkedLIn, Google and others; (iii) managing the Firm's website to ensure all content is up to date and relevant; (iv) staying up-to-date on the latest legal marketing activities and advise on improvements; (v) updating and maintain a list of worldwide correspondents; (vi) liaising with conference and seminars organizers; (vii) preparing marketing materials; (viii) liaising with clients and prospects on all aspects arising from the day-to-day relationship with the firm.
