System Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our Windows Server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
  • Active Directory Administration: Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory services, including user management, security groups, and Group Policy.
  • Virtual Desktop Solutions: Deploy and manage virtual desktop solutions across the organization.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Security Solutions: Configure and manage Windows-based security solutions and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance for complex Windows-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows systems administration.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft 365 Certified).
  • Skills: Strong experience in Active Directory administration, Group Policy management, and Windows Server management.
  • Virtual Desktop Experience: Proven experience with virtual desktop solutions (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops).

Preferred Skills:

  • Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools and scripting.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL certification.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools and systems.
  • Containerization Technologies: Knowledge of containerization technologies.
