Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Windows infrastructure operations expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services.


Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain industry best practices for IT service management.
  • Provide technical leadership and consultancy on system performance, integration, and configuration.
  • Assist in daily operations management, including problem determination and resolution.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in shell, Perl, Python, or PowerShell scripting.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend optimizations to ensure high availability.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis for high-severity issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Review incident reports and participate in upgrade/patching of middleware software.
  • Provide SME support on security threats, vulnerabilities, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Adhere to Change and Release Management processes.
  • Develop technical documentation and monitoring procedures.
  • Report project updates regularly and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in end-to-end operations management, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Wintel infrastructures.
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS and MS Azure.
  • Specialization in Microsoft, VMware, AWS, or Azure products.
