You will join the regional IT team to collaborate with the Global Business Center to streamline workflows and drive digital transformation, partnering with business stakeholders to design and deliver automation solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction. You will work on high-impact projects across diverse business areas and gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies. Responsibilities Business Engagement & Process Understanding: Serve as a primary contact for business stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into digital solutions. Provide advisory guidance on workflow and automation design to drive adoption. Prepare clear documentation and design walkthroughs for alignment with stakeholders. Digital Automation & Solution Delivery: Deliver business process automation and workflow solutions using platforms such as Mendix, K2, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Excel Macros (VBA). Build scalable components, integrate with SQL Server, SharePoint, ERP systems, and other applications via APIs and data connectors. Collaborate on test cases, UAT, issue resolution, go-live preparation, training, and hyper-care support. Follow version control and configuration management best practices. Team Collaboration & Knowledge Continuity: Provide on-site support to balance workload, support core enterprise applications, ensure continuity during high-demand periods, and contribute to knowledge sharing and team capability building. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Maintain flexibility in design, stay updated on emerging technologies and AI opportunities, support documentation and process improvement initiatives, and perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (open to fresh graduates with strong potential). Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience with programming and IT fundamentals. Technical Skills Working knowledge of Python, SQL, C#, SharePoint, Azure, AWS. Proficiency in digital workflow platforms and automation tools (Mendix, K2, Power Automate, Power Apps) or enterprise applications (e.g., SAP). Excel Macros (VBA) for automation and process improvement. Basic understanding of APIs, integration, and data connectors. Business & Analytical Skills Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system workflows and digital solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively. Communication & Collaboration Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders and present solutions clearly. Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset; collaborative teamwork and knowledge sharing. Learning & Adaptability Passionate about emerging IT technologies, automation, and AI opportunities.
