Name of School: CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School (Primary Section) Location: 501 Ang Mo Kio Street 13, Singapore Contract Duration Base Period: 10 January 2026 - 9 January 2027 Option Period: 10 January 2027 - 9 January 2028 Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (inclusive of 30-min lunch break) Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (inclusive of 30-min lunch break) During School Holidays: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (inclusive of 30-min lunch break)No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays. If required to work on Saturdays, time-off will be granted. Scope of Services ⚗️ 1. Laboratory Preparation & Support Prepare chemicals, specimens, and apparatus for science laboratory lessons. Ensure adherence to MOE safety standards and guidelines. Assist Science teachers during practical sessions with setup, distribution, and cleanup of materials. 2. Laboratory Maintenance & Safety Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of Science laboratories. Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lab management. Check that all equipment and apparatus are functioning properly and well-maintained. 3. Inventory & Stock Management Conduct inventory checks on laboratory resources and consumables. Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure proper labeling and storage of materials. 4. Science Events & Administrative Support Provide support in the organization of Science events, exhibitions, and field trips for pupils. Perform administrative or operational tasks as assigned by teachers or HOD (Science). Support Science curriculum activities and school functions as required. Qualifications, Skills & Experience ✅ Minimum Qualification GCE 'O' Level certification (or equivalent). Preferred Experience At least 1 year of experience as a Science Laboratory Technician in a local primary school .
