We are proudly part of Japan Post — The Opportunity Develop & execute the Sales Strategy to achieve set Budgets & Targets Build & lead an industry leading Sales Organisation to achieve economies of scale Develop sustainable strategies for the business and sales people Responsible & accountable for the sales organisations’ overall performance Drive Volume growth and Maximize profitability by reviewing/linking sales source, market trends, cost allocation & company’s capabilities Represent Toll in line with our values and ethics (e.g. Safety, Integrity and Trust, Continuous Improvement) To be Successful, You'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is usually required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management positions covering Singapore market Conflict resolution skills to manage disputes and customer care issues Leadership and motivational skills to guide and inspire the sales team.
