Responsibilities Deliver timely pest management services at customer premises, including identifying infestations, applying treatments, and writing service reports with recommendations. Plan and coordinate daily schedules for pest control teams while supervising technicians on site procedures, treatment methods, and NEA/ISO compliance. Conduct site audits and inspections to monitor treatment effectiveness, recommend service improvements, and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Manage client relationships, address service feedback, and provide technical advice or escalated recommendations when needed. Oversee inventory and chemical usage, ensuring proper storage, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance. Support team development through on-the-job training, mentorship, and collaboration with customer service, sales, and compliance teams. Assist with preparation of quotations, tenders, and service proposals.
