Job Duties
- Execute daily front and back-of-house operations smoothly and efficiently
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Coordinate with kitchen, central kitchen, and vendors for stock and orders
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and outlet cleanliness
- Manage digital tools and resolve technical issues
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback empathetically
- Lead, train, and schedule team members for smooth operations
- Monitor inventory, sales, expenses, and assist with pricing and promotions
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and maintain proper documentation
- Any other duties as directed
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in F&B
• Salary will be based on experience
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
