Consulting Sales Director – Market Data & Analytics (APAC) Join a Global Leader in Market Data and Analytics. About the Role As the Consulting Sales Director, you will take ownership of driving revenue growth for our Market Data and Analytics products in the APAC market, focusing on the buy‑side sector. Your established relationships, strategic mindset, and consultative approach will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals through our industry‑leading solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the sales strategy for Market Data and Analytics products, targeting buy‑side clients such as asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‑makers, leveraging your network to identify opportunities and close high‑value deals. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and delivering tailored, data‑driven solutions. Drive new business development through a robust pipeline, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and align solutions with market needs. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive insights to provide strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders. Salary Range: SGD180,000 base + Sales Commission. What We’re Looking For Proven Sales Expertise: A minimum of 8 years in financial services sales, specifically with Market Data and Analytics products. APAC Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of APAC’s financial services landscape, including buy‑side firms, regulatory environments, and client challenges. Established Network: A strong network of senior decision‑makers across the APAC buy‑side sector. Consultative Selling Skills: Demonstrated ability to design bespoke solutions for complex client needs and close high‑value deals. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
