Specialist (Programmes & Partnerships) - 1 Year Contract FairPrice Foundation (FPF) is the philanthropic arm of FairPrice Group. Since 2008, we have been dedicated to enriching lives and supporting our community in meeting everyday needs. We focus our giving around three strategic priorities – uplifting communities through nutrition and access to daily essentials, strengthening community welfare and engagement, and supporting workers' welfare. Overview: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Programmes & Partnerships Specialist to join FairPrice Foundation (FPF) on a 1-year contract. This role will support the planning and execution of FPF programmes, manage relationships with external partners, and oversee event management and logistics. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a heart for the community, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by collective success. Job Description: Support the implementation and coordination of FPF programmes across key pillars Manage partnerships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, community organisations, and corporate partners Plan and execute events and activities, including logistics coordination and on‐site management Monitor and track programme deliverables to ensure timely and quality outcomes Contribute to communications, branding, and marketing efforts to amplify programme impact Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and management Provide administrative and operational support as required Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in related fields At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong interest in community work are also welcome to apply.
