We are proudly part of Japan Post —**Job Title:** Logistics Coordinator**Location:** Jurong Port, Singapore**Job Summary:**We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Logistics Coordinator** to join our operations team at **Toll Logistics**. The role requires strong administrative skills and familiarity with logistics documentation and coordination processes. Candidates with good knowledge of **SAP** will have an advantage.**Key Responsibilities:*** Update and maintain accurate data in the **SAP system** for logistics operations.* Handle **Sub-cert and inspection requirements** in compliance with customer and regulatory standards.* Coordinate **airfreight and sea freight arrangements**, ensuring timely and efficient shipment handling.* Manage **consolidation of shipping documents** for smooth customs and delivery processes.* Generate and verify **manifests** through SAP.* Support daily logistics and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.* Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and customers to resolve shipment or documentation issues.### ## **Requirements:*** Prior experience in **shipping administration** preferred.* Familiarity with **SAP** is an advantage.* Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in documentation.* Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.* Good communication and coordination skills.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
