Job Summary
As a Moynat brand ambassador, your mission will be to provide a delightful consumer experience and treat our customers as guests. You will be the "face" of our Maison.
Job Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador
Excite and instill passion and pride for the brand
Embody the brand image for customers and the store team, with a strong understanding of the brand DNA
Lead by example and demonstrate role model behavior that is always representative of the brand, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines
Reflect the visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image
Enhance customer service standards in-store to ensure the best client journey
Sales/Business Monitoring
Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable and educate them about the brand
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Introduce additional complementary products targeted to clients and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
Process sales confidently and professionally
Gather CRM details to expand your client book
Stay updated on fashion trends and product lines through research
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Support stock control and management
Profile
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury or high fashion sales
Passion for fashion and sales
Dedication to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs and experience
Excellent personal presentation as a Moynat Brand Ambassador
Understanding of retail critical metrics
Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
